User :   Hi Dr. xxx...we had chatted earlier aout my daughters health
User :   she is 26 months old
User :   she had allergic rhitinis and persistent cough and cold for last 6-7 weeks

User :   as u suggested we did her blood tests and found her AEC levels littel high
User :   also consulted teh pulmo
User :   so now she is on a different treatment with nasal spray and spacer and antibiotics(which i s over)
User :   and doing fine
User :   but I wanted consultancy for a different problem for hers
User :   she sweas a lot
User :   and specially her head

User :   her hair is alway swet while sleeping as if someone pored water on her head
User :   all the time her hair is wet

User :   budamet with spacer twice a day, T Mantech LC Kids at night, rhinocat aqua nasal spary at night and azithral was for 3 days

User :   now I want yr advise on her head....she keeps developing small small boils on her head

User :   i apply boroline or other antifungal creams at times
User :   but we feel because of her wet hair, hot head and seat always sh eis developing these.

User :   diet is good
User :   she is a healthy child
User :   oats with milk and chiku is her favorite food every night
Doctor :   ok, include fruits in diet and citrus fruits juices with mild dilution
User :   otherwise she eats khichdi with lots of vegetables for lunch...
User :   orange juice I ahve stopped as friends suggested that its not goo dfor an allergic child

User :   so can you suggest a good cream to apply on her boils?
Doctor :   you can give her orange or sweet lime juice in dilution in small sips about 50 ml at a time

Doctor :   wash her hair regularly with mild shampoo.
User :   thats the problem
User :   we wash her head only 1nce a week thinking she will get cold
User :   otherwise wet her hair while bathing everyday
User :   only shampooing we do once in 2 weeks
User :   and once we shampoo i dry it with mild hot dryer
Doctor :   you can safely wash every alternate day, make sure that hair is dried fast (use dryer in if needed)
Doctor :   do not leave her with wet hair
User :   ok doctor any anti fungal or anti bacterial cream for teh biols now?

Doctor :   for now, nothing shoul dbe needed. see if with regular cleanliness, they should go away
