User :   I am wondering if i really really needed to in the case that i was going to relapse and have a drink wether i could take acamprosate with Disulfiram just as a one off so i couldnt have a drink at all

User :   i used to be on the antabuse disulfiram but stopped ive recently had a relapse and they wont pescribe me them as the clinic i was under went bust so have given me the acamprosate but it states you can still drink with those and i dont want to
