User:Lump Lt breast-3 months.at a 9 o clock position.Mobile approximately (3x3) cm.No other Lumps.No L.Node palpable.Right breast-NAD.FNA Report:-CA breast.Invasive ductal cell CARCINOMA.
Operation:-MRM Lt side.
Grading:-T2N1Mx-G 3
ER_3/16__10%+ve
PR______40%+ve
Her__Neu__Positive.
CHEMO Therapy:-4 doses every three weeks of:-
>Inj Endexeu 1 gram(1at a time)
>Inj Adriablastine 50 grams(2 at a time)
(This dose is completed).
Now 4 doses of Taxanes every 3 weeks+Herceptix 480 units, every 3 weeks__1Year.
