User :   I have a small 1/8" purple blister on the bottom of my foot. There is a point in the center. It hurts a lot
Doctor :   Hi,
Doctor :   Is the blister filled with any kind of fluid ?
User :   I can't tell. It is not too high. I tried to pop it but it wouldn't pop
Doctor :   do , not break it , is there any redness surrounding it ?
User :   No, but it hurts to walk on it
Doctor :   ok , since when are you noticing the lesion ?
User :   I just noticed the lesion today but my foot has been hurting for 4 or 5 days
Doctor :   was the pain in the same region since 4 days ?
User :   yes. I soaked it in epsom salts today. That's when I noticed the lesion
Doctor :   ok, i think its a horn
Doctor :   you need to consult a dermatologist , who can confirm the diagnosis after examining
User :   horn? What is that?
Doctor :   and may need to do paring ( treatment )
Doctor :   its just thickening and inflammation of the skin due to constant friction
User :   no it is definately not that.
Doctor :   ok, is it possible for you to mail me a image of it to so that i can have a look at it and think
User :   I'll try
Doctor :   ok,
User :   I can't get a good shot. I'll go to a doctor. I just was worried it had to do with diabetes
Doctor :   If you are diabetic, yes you have to rush to a dermatologist soon
Doctor :   foot infections are risky
User :   I'm not but I'm old 63
Doctor :   avoid breaking or opening it
Doctor :   ok, anyway do not break it as it could catch infection
User :   I'll be careful. Thanks for your help. Good bye
