User :   Patient has undergone ATG Treatment recently, wish to know the response.
Doctor :   aplastic anemia is a leukemia of bonemarro
Doctor :   bone marrow is centrally located in the bone
Doctor :   it forms all the blood cells like red blood cells, defensive white blood cells
Doctor :   and platelets etc
