Doctor :
the diet in the pcod is to reduce the weight not to treat or control the PCOS

User :   so how can i, naturaly reduce or control my pcod?
Doctor :   naturally it is not possible
Doctor :
it is by treatment only
Doctor :
and the treatment is very lengthy and cumbersome

Doctor :
since pcod causes obesity, the diet here is to reduce obesity

what symptoms do you have because of the pcod?
User :   hair loos hair groth acne irregular periods (no ovulation) over weight
Doctor :
so you have obesity, androgenic effect like hair growth, acne, and infertility problem
User :   infertility is my primary symptom
User :   i have been diagnosed with pcod 6 years ago
Doctor :   it is the most difficult symptom to treat
User :   i have been undergoing treatments

all the information provided in the net are not reliable
