User :   Doctor Oberoi, is Laser Treatment a viable option?
Doctor :   do you have any other medical condition ?
User :   Doctor, you there?
Doctor :   yes i am here
Doctor :   i am asking you if you have any medical condition
Doctor :   its important to know as your treatment options depend on your medical state
Doctor :   there are 2 options
Doctor :   medications and surgery
Doctor :   Medications are more effective in reducing gynecomastia in the early stages, since scarring often occurs after about 12 months. After the tissue has become scarred, medications are not likely to be effective, and surgical removal is the only possible treatment.
User :   At present, i have no specific medical condition. Is surgical correction the only option?
Doctor :   Medications are more effective in reducing gynecomastia in the early stages, since scarring often occurs after about 12 months. After the tissue has become scarred, medications are not likely to be effective, and surgical removal is the only possible treatment.
User :   How is the surgery done, doctor, by Laser or excision?
Doctor :   it is a plastic surgery procedure
Doctor :   with very tremendous positive results
Doctor :   now its depends on your surgeon what approach he plans to take
Doctor :   but you will be explained well in detail
User :   What about anesthesia, doctor?
Doctor :   also it depends on the extent of the problem
Doctor :   you will be given full anesthesia and will not feel any pain
Doctor :   Plastic surgery involves many choices. The first and most important is selecting a surgeon you can trust
User :   Will scars be visible? and i am told of numbness of the nipple area. Is that true?
Doctor :   Medications are administered for your comfort during breast reduction surgery. The choices include intravenous sedation and general anesthesia. Your doctor will recommend the best choice for you.
Doctor :   there will be some scaring
Doctor :   numbness is temporary
Doctor :   When your breast reduction procedure is complete, dressings or bandages will be applied to the incisions. An elastic bandage or support bra may be worn to minimize swelling and support the breasts as they heal.
Doctor :   The results of breast reduction surgery will be long-lasting. Your new breast size should help relieve you from the pain and physical limitations experienced prior to breast reduction.
Doctor :   Your better proportioned figure will likely enhance your self image and boost your self-confidence
User :   True doctor as i am constantly conscious of the problem now, i had better have it removed. Thank you doctor for your counselling.
Doctor :   your most welcome
Doctor :   your feedback is appreciated
Doctor :   bye
