Doctor:How can I help you?
User:Had very high fever yesterday, and so I took two paracetemol tablets
User:The temperature has come down, but my head is spinning a little
User:Would you recommend me to take another tablet or visit a doctor
Doctor:Do you have also nasal congestion, sorethroat, ringing sensation of the ear or any other symptoms?
User:no, none of them
User:Might be ringing sensation
Doctor:Any problems while passing urine - burning sensation or increased urination?
User:a little burning sensation
Doctor:Let me brief you.
Doctor:The dizziness that you currently have may or may not be related to the fever.
Doctor:Since you have had fever and some ringing sensation in your ear, it is possible that you have upper respiratory infection spreading to the eustachian tube to affect the ears.
Doctor:Virus is the most common cause of such infections; it gets spontaneously cured in a few days.
Doctor:Paracetamol will not have any affects on dizziness now.
Doctor:Therefore do not take any more of it.
Doctor:You can continue to take 500mg paracetamol three times a day;
Doctor:rest adequately.
Doctor:Drink plenty of water
Doctor:and eat good fruits and vegetables.
Doctor:You can consider consulting a doctor, if the symptoms are severe and troubling you
Doctor:or if the symptoms continue to persist after 2-3 days.
Doctor:Have you followed?
User:ok. Am feeling better compared to yesterday.
Doctor:It's good to know that.
User:I have been drinking water. Will eat fruits and vegetables as you suggested
Doctor:You should be feeling better in the next 2-3 days.
User:Great. Thanks a lot.
Doctor:Follow the measures I suggested and watch the progress of symptoms.
Doctor:Do you have any other query?
User:Sure. Nothing else, thanks for your time.
Doctor:You are welcome.
Doctor:Thanks for consulting me.
Doctor:Bye for now.
