User :   OK THanks. The shot story is ...I am a 48 yr old male. Have been experiencing abdominal pain, tiredness, vision problems for quite some time.

User :   Just got a blood screening for stds...positive for syphilis

User :   just got results today. cant see a doctor until monday...
User :   I have been having nymbness

User :   I woke up this morning...arms had some numbness

User :   yes took a nap this afternoon...woke up it was in my thighs

User :   had high blood pressure for couple years...It has been good for the last 2 yrs to current. I am on No meds. No diabetes but father had it. No heart disease or paralysis

User :   im still not sure but think 2nd or 3rd

User :   No...but from what I have read it seems that my symptons indicate that

is there a appearance of Chancre over genitalia?
User :   hmmm...
User :   no ...but I did have one for a short time several months ago

User :   yes...result of blood test today

Meningovascular syphilis can be associated with prodromal symptoms

Prodromal symptoms include unilateral numbness, paresthesias, upper or lower extremity weakness
