User :   Doc. acually i need to know some tips on putting on weight
Doctor :   May I know your age, gender, your current height and weight?
User :   25, male, 5.6 and 52 respectively
Doctor :   Based on your values, your BMI stands at 18.5 which is just the recommended weight.
Doctor :   Ideal weight recommended for your height is between 55 to 65 kgs
User :   but i am quite thin as per my age
User :   Doc. may i know,what is BMI.
Doctor :   Recheck your weight and if you find that the weight is between 55 to 65 kg, then you are normal.
Doctor :   BMI stands for body mass index.
Doctor :   It is calculated based on persons weight and height.
Doctor :   Age has little importance after the age of 16 years.

Doctor :   Under the recommendations of BMI, any BMI between 18 to 25 is normal.
Doctor :   And your BMI is 18.5
Doctor :   Hence not an issue.
Doctor :   However, let me suggest you few tips to increase weight.
Doctor :   Increase consumption of protein rich diet such as whole grains, pulses, egg, milk, sprouts is essential in to gain weight.
Doctor :   Along with this, you may also include non vegetarian diet such as lean meat, fish to your meals.
Doctor :   They can form your main diet component.
Doctor :   Apart from this other supplement which you can try are
