User :   for last 6 months i have been noticing that my face colour is getting darken. my complextion is not that much darker . still other body part is still having fair complexion.

User :   I have to work sometimes in sun and heat. my face expoesed frequently in sun

Doctor :   ok. the darkening that occurs while exposure to sun is a protective mechanism of the body to protect against the sun's harnful rays

Doctor :   what you can do is use a protective sunscreen of about 30-40 SPF before you go out in sun
Doctor :   if you tend to sweat a lot, reapply every 20 mins to 30 mins

User :   i am having high work load so i have to work for a long and i get time for sleeping of 5/6 this effect my face colour
Doctor :   it can affect , sleep is essential, you need atleast 6-8 hours of sleep else the glow does not come, only the skin will becoem lighter with teh above said remedies
