User :   I feel very spaced out. quite dizzy, confused, a little tired. feel like im going out off my mind right now. ive had this on and off for 6 months. please help me. ive had blood tests, and they came back normal. ECG's have been fine. The only other thing i have is heartburn, which has been controlled by Lansoprazole 15mg for 8 months.

Doctor :   Do you have any other medical illness such as diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disturbances?
User :   no
User :   ive been tested for them
Doctor :   Have you seen a doctor for these symptoms in the past?
User :   yes, they wont help me

User :   lansoprazole 15mg once a day
User :   i tried ccoming off them and onto renatadine, but my symptoms were still there

User :   smoke, but i have done for 9 years
User :   no alcohol, and no drugs
Doctor :   How often are these symptoms noticed?
User :   all day everyday
Doctor :   Is it present continuously or in intermittent spells?
User :   continuous

Doctor :   Before I could comment on it, can you briefly describe what you meant by dizziness?
User :   not with it really. more confused than anything
User :   not exactly dizzy

Doctor :   Let me explain.
Doctor :   From you history, your symptoms are more psychological than organic.
Doctor :   Its probably more anxiety related.
User :   im not anxious at all
User :   quite relaxed if anything
Doctor :   Anxiety may play a role, but may not be the complete cause.
User :   ok, so what do i do about it?
Doctor :   The cause can only be determined by a face to face conselling.
Doctor :   If your symptoms are disturbing your daily activities, I would suggest you to consult a psychologist for the counselling.
Doctor :   Alternatively you may try the below methods.
Doctor :   1. Reduce smoking
Doctor :   2. good and adequate sleeping habits.
Doctor :   3. Physical exercises which should include the breathing exercises.
Doctor :   4. Dietary modifications in the form of reduce caffeine, spicy food.
Doctor :   And importantly regular meal habits.
Doctor :   5. if your sleep is getting disturbed due to these symptoms, you can try medical drugs such as tylenol cold.
Doctor :   These drugs would induce drowsiness, helping you sleep.
Doctor :   They are not sleeping pills.
Doctor :   And lastly if these symptoms are not reduced with these modifications, then you would have to get to the psychologist.
