Doctor :   also i want to stress upon that Increasing your intake of junk foods and greasy foods is not a good way to gain weight.
Doctor :   Even though you need to increase your calorie consumption to gain weight, those calories should come from foods that are good for you.
User :   ohh how u noe i love junk food ,but docter i used to eat food from reputed foods like kfc and macdonald ,there food is also considered as junk and i eat that mainly once or 2 a week thats it
Doctor :   yes that food is highly rich is fats that are not good for you
User :   but don i need fat
Doctor :   follow these steps 1. Count how many calories you eat in a normal day. Don't change anything, just eat like you normally would and count how many calories you consumed. This is an extremely important step, so try to be as exact as possible. Also, weigh yourself.
Doctor :   2. Starting the day after you counted calories, eat 500 calories MORE then you normally do
Doctor :   So, lets pretend that the day you counted calories you counted 2000. For the rest of the week, you would now eat 2500 calories a day.
User :   ohk ,i will now ,best food option can be ? which need less time to eat and make and gives more calorie
Doctor :   Instead of eating 3 big meals a day or eating all day all the time, spread those calories out over 5-6 smaller meals. Eat one meal every 2 and a half to 3 hours.

Doctor :   since you had told me you have had problem with constipation too ... so like i have recommended you need to put more vegetables in your diet ?

Doctor :   ok for your protein intake eat daal that is a very good source to build muscle mass
Doctor :   Stay away from fat! Even though weight gain is your goal, you don't want to be gaining fat. Get rid of the chips and candy. No more fast food, nothing fried. Stick to high protein low fat foods like daal and green vegetables...
User :   ok eating cheeze ,butter and curd can be beneficial too ,thse are my favorites
Doctor :   in moderate quantities they are good .. so don't worry you can carry on having them

User :   sometimes while on phone i call somebody to tell him something ,but thn i forget wht that was i was going to talk ,and sometime i just mix things while thinking 2 things at same time ,there is lot of thinking in my mind

User :   main reason of this tension is my love life which started from 4 years back ,and i belive in making my love perfect from begining to this stage ,my mind has suffered a lot ,my study too ,my health too ,all these things have affected my mind
Doctor :   T stands for traffic control. We need to regulate and control our thoughts.
Doctor :   R is for re-design. A readjustment or reorientation in this philosophy increases our capacity to bear heavier loads.

User :   actually in the begining 4 years back ,i m kind of pure person one woman man ,,so i don want my wife to be with anyother or doing some wrong things ,like a typical pure indian wife ,so in making and understanding of trust ,,,

User :   in begining there were smal problems relating to trust ,between whn we get litle between us ,both us of become so worried and tensod ,even our fight just last for few hous ,but those few hours give a lot of tension
Doctor :   relationships are based on trust, and communications . its about being able to talk to the person you love and discussing whats bothering you and understanding each other

User :   we are on the edge that we are dieing to get maried ,and 2 years we are geting maried ,our parents are agreed ,the old tension has decreased alot ,but still mind seems to be affected from past ,plus the one tension which arise is study ,winning in love make u loose in study
Doctor :   have a balance in your life ... study and career is important .. take it as a motivation in your life... see your beautiful future together with the person you love and work hard for it... it should motivate you . to live a successful life
User :   my fieonce is little bit short tempered ,and she get swere headache whn she get in arguement with me ,as she got a very old problem of migrain from almost shez a in class 10th ,how should i handle her ,to be with her when she in headache or to leave her alone

User :   docter i m always ready for sex with my fieonce ,but shez only sometimes ,sometimes i suceed to make her exited but sometimes not ,it leaves a little anger in me ,coz shez my only source of sexual relaxation ,

User :   means i have to hold my feelings ,coz girls get exited less times than man ,but they r for long time

User :   oneday nail of my left feet ,thumb nail got broken

User :   so now what hapens after few months whn that nail comes back ,,from one side into the skin ,it hurts me whn it is growing in the skin ,and it hurts alot

Doctor :   Soak the foot in warm water four times a day. You do not need to add soap, salts, or antibacterial agents to the water.just plain water

Doctor :   Wash the foot, including the affected area, twice a day with soap and water. Keep the foot clean and dry during the rest of the day.
User :   whn the nail is cut it don hurt me the the thumb is normal
