2) take 3 vegetables and 3 fruit servings per day. Include vegetable salads with addition of a teaspoon of olive oil in them

now coming to hair care tips
Doctor :
is your hair dry/frizzy/oily/knotty?
User :   dry
Doctor :
1) oil your hair with a warmed 1:1 mixture of sesame and almond oil, apply with a cotton to scalp, massage gently, nor rough
Doctor :
massage in circular motions, this increases blood supply to scalp making hair folicles to regain strength
Doctor :
apply this oil atleast twice a week
Doctor :
2) wash your hair with a gentle shampoo and condition it after wash. remember to rinse well, as any left behind shampoo or conditioner can cause more damage than repair
Doctor :
you can choose to use mild products like Dove/Loreal intense repair/hairfall therapy
Doctor :
3) avoid using hard water, in case your area is getting hard water supply, rinse your hair with soft (drinking) water atleast for the last/final rinse
Doctor :   4) avoid combing your hair when wet. In wet conditions, scalp skin is moist, and follicles are weak and tend to uproot easily
Doctor :   so avoid combing wet hair, dry your hair a little atleast and then comb it with a wide toothed comb first to detangle and then run fine comb
Doctor :
5)use a soft round body hairbrush to comb and massage scalp twice a day
Doctor :

in case you need to go, use a cotton cloth or umbrella to cover head

chosoe home made packs rather than chemical ones
