User :   I have a wound in my centre chest

User :   they gave me ointments and medicine
User :   more than 2 months

User :   accidentally i rubbed my nails

Doctor :   I will give you some tips: 1)Apply aloe vera gel to it 3 to 4 times a day

Doctor :   2)Grind neem tree bark in water and apply it as a paste.

Doctor :   3)Mash 2-3 fresh garlic cloves into a paste and apply locally on it.

Doctor :   5)Use epsom salt in your bathing water to disinfect it.
Doctor :   Till it dries.
Doctor :   It may be that some infection has spread and caused it.
Doctor :   You need to regularly disinfect it.

User :   Ok sir, Thanks. I will do all those things for few days and get back to you.
Doctor :   After bath daily apply Tea Tree oil over the area to prevent it from spreading.
