User :   Normal diet is south indian vegetarian in the morning..Not so heavy

User :   Dinner..Some south indian stuff with a friut jiuce in the evening..

User :   Egg is alergic to me..I get very bad stomach pain if I take it in any form..even disguised form

User :   Can I take protein shakes without workouts?..If so can u suggest a good brand to buy
Doctor :   Soya and Tofu are good alternative to eggs that you can try
Doctor :   No Proteins along with exercise only will help and not
Doctor :   other wise since they will cause Fat accumulation and hence other significant health hazards
Doctor :   4-5 liters of water during the day is a must that you need to take..
Doctor :   Avoid Cardio vascular exercises as they are for weight reduction and nothing else
