User :   I am underweight and was looking at some tips to put on weight

Doctor :   1)You have to take frequent small meals in a day.
Doctor :   1(In the morning go for a half an hour walk daily.
Doctor :   2)In the breakfast take milk after adding 1 tbsp Proteinex powder in it.
Doctor :   You need to add more of proteins in diet.
Doctor :   3)Also along with milk you can add cereals like oats, cornflax.
Doctor :   4)At about 11 you need to have a midmorning snack which should comprise of fruits like apples, banana, pears or a fruit salad.
Doctor :   5)In the lunch have chappatis with curry, dal, rice and curd or buttermilk.
Doctor :   6)After half an hour of lunch you have to take a fruit again.
