Doctor :   hello.
User :   Hello
User :   Hi, I am a 25-year old male, I am not overweight, I donâ??t smoke or drink, and I never have done, I have never taken drugs, and I lead a healthy lifestyle. On 20th June in the afternoon I got a strange tingling sensation in the sole of my left foot. It is constant and seems to be worse when Iâ??m sitting down. It does not hurt it is just rather annoying. It also seems to be worse when itâ??s hot. It has not stopped since it started. In addition to this, when Iâ??m sitting down and I bend my head my left ear makes a slight cracking sound, again not painful, just annoying. I have never had it before. Please could you suggest what it may be?

Doctor :   hello.
Doctor :   can you see this?
Doctor :   Can you log out and log in again?
User :   No it is always the same, just worse when sitting
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   Did you have any injury to your left foot recently?
User :   No, but I was sitting on the floor most of the day Sunday (when it started), with my legs bent.
Doctor :   How did the condition start? sudden in onset or gradual?
User :   It was sudden, first it was normal, then I felt it.
Doctor :   ok.
Doctor :   Is it present in whole of the sole or only in parts?
Doctor :   Are you able to move your leg freely?
User :   Just in the middle of my sole, where the foot curves in. It seems to be worse when I tilt my foot to the side when sitting (so the sole is facing my right foot)
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   It could a nerve damage,

Doctor :   Due to prolong sitting.
Doctor :   A lack of oxygen from decreased blood flow
Doctor :   Looks like the improbable cause.
Doctor :   for it.
User :   I haven't changed anything in my life, so I sit more. How long should it take for the nerves to heal roughly?
