Doctor :   Based on your description, I do not find any clincial history suggestive of a neurological illness.
Doctor :   There are plenty of reports of similar complaints in patients who have anxiety issues and increased stress issues.
Doctor :   It is quite possible that your symptoms are secondary to psychological probles
User :   I must admit I do have high anxiety and stress
Doctor :   *problems such as anxiety and stress.
Doctor :   These symptoms usually are self limited, provide you use sufficient destressing measures and anxiety control.
Doctor :   In this regards, I do suggest you measures such as good and regular sleep, deep breathing exercises, regular and timely diet, physical exercises.
User :   why do you think it is only in my right leg doctor?
Doctor :   That is exactly what is pointing against a neurological problems.
Doctor :   Most common cause of sudden onset tingling and numbness is a demyelinating condition, however such condition if recurrent occur at different sites and not single site.
Doctor :   Hence I do not consider your symptoms to be secondary to a neurological problems
User :   do you suggest I consult a doctor to get thoroughly checked? The main reason for me getting on now is to see if this was an urgent matter
Doctor :   No, this isn't a serious concern.
Doctor :   I suggest that you follow destressing measures.
Doctor :   if your symptoms recurr or if you find them recurring at varied sites, and you find associated symptoms such as limb weakness
