Doctor :   has u told him about ur symptoms that u have currently ?

User :   YES, he knows.. his nurse called me tonight and told me to pick up the script. i dont think that is correct
Doctor :   Mild to moderately elevated levels of thyroid antibodies may be found in a variety of thyroid and autoimmune disorders
User :   hashimotos?
Doctor :   hashimotos and graves - both have TPO ab

Doctor :   your condition could be coz that ur thyroid gland is undergoing a burn out state , with release of all hormones and then developing hypothyroidism
User :   if i was hyper or hypo why are my other labs normal?
Doctor :   this is why, ur doc must have thought to put u on replacement meds now
Doctor :   have u got checked for TSH receptor antibody ?
User :   no, just 3rd generation tsh
Doctor :   i would advice u to get this test done, and as well a thyroid scan, to know if the thyroid staus exactly in functionality
User :   so u suggest taking synthroid even though i feel hyper?
Doctor :   yes

User :   why?
Doctor :   BUT u need to get these tests done before u start taking them
Doctor :   if the thyroid gland is not producing any hormones
Doctor :   it could be some antibodies that are producing these symptoms instead
