User :   For the past week I have been having what I will call episodes. Suddenly My throat will start aching really bad and then I will have severe pain behind my left breast and it moves to my armpit. My blood pressure goes up and I star sweating. It last about 15 min. It happened twice during the night

User :   Age-61 retired hairstylist, married,no dependants. It all start A week ago today.

Doctor :   any medical illness that you have had or are taking medicines for.
User :   I had a Tia last year and was not well for several months. Nerve problem.Weight loss. Quit smoking last Sept. Since then I have been well. I am 5ft 4 in and weigh 125. I am on Persantine,75mg a day. and I take .5 mg Xanax 4 times a day. I have a history of anxiety.
Doctor :   There are the possibilities of you having had a Heart Attack How ever if it has been more than 72 hours since the Episode then it may not be visible in the ECG you will have to go in for he stress test or the TMT (Tred Mill Test) that will give you an idea..
Doctor :   with your history there are very high chances of you having had an Myocardial infarction..
User :   I am starting to have an episode now. My jaws are aching and my head is hurting.
