I have irritation right from the throat to the stomach whenever I take warm food for the past 6 months. I Also for the past several years, if I ate spicy food or fruits, I have to go for stools after sometime. There is heaviness, pricking pain in the stomach and bad odour from the mouth. This condition lasts for several hours.
Please offer your esteemed opinion.

1) spread your entire day's calory intake to 5-6 times instead of 2-3 times a day

2) take small frequent meals, avoid letting stomach to be empty for more than 3 hours except when you are asleep

3) get a endoscopy done, visit a gastroenterologist such that it can be made out if there are any other problems also

4) avoid oily/fatty/spicy foods

5) take chilled milk 100 ml daily at night, it will soothe the burning feeling

10) identify if there are any stressful things in life either in personal or work life, and try to avoid them or divert yourself from them
