User :   I HAVE A THROAT INFECTION PROBLEM SINCE LONG TIME

User :   EARLY MORNING WHEN I GET UP AT THAT TIME IT PAINS ME
Doctor :   how long have u had the symptoms
Doctor :   and do u have a fever, cough, throat pain , ?
User :   FROM LAST 1 YEAR
Doctor :   any purulent expectoration , headache ?
User :   NO FEVER, NO COUGH ONLY THROAT PAIN

Doctor :   just pain for 1 year could be due to some anatomic obstruction or inflammation like tonsillitis, or laryngitis
Doctor :   the best way to know whats the cause - is to have a look inside the throat, using a laryngoscope
Doctor :   and then presence of any obstructive lesion can be determined
Doctor :   in the mean time, to reduce the severity, try the following
Doctor :   1. steam inhalation
Doctor :   2. salt water gargling - 3-4 times in a day with warm water
Doctor :   3. Use brufen OR diclofenac to reduce the pain and inflammation as and when needed
