User: IN MY CHILDHOOD I HAD WOOGHING COUGH BECAUSE OF WHICH MY LEFT TESTIES GOT DAMAGED AND RIGHT ONE IS SMALL IN SIZE I HAD VERY GOOD ERECTION I WANT TO MARRY BUT DOCTOR TOLD THAT MY SPERM IS NIL ASMOSPERMIA.IS THERE ANY MEDICINE .PLEASE ADVICE.
