User :   Iâ??m male 23 years old. Iâ??m under extreme stress, because I had protected sex and scare from getting HIV. After 9 weeks (on 27th August) I have tested and came back negative. Few weeks I suffered from a dry mouth with tiny red bumps on back of tongue. Then later (4 days ago) Iâ??m suffering from a white tongue on the back of it. Do you know what cause the white tongue? (Iâ??m mouth breather too)
