Doctor :   hello
User :   hi
User :   lately a tendon problem has appeared around my elbow that occurs in my lower half of hand when i am using it for different exercises that require biceps tricpes etc(mainly when extending my arm) if i fold my hand and just use it for "elbow" techniques(basically just crushing my elbow on a punch bag) would that be a problem since i dont feel any pain at all?
User :   or should i just do no exercises that require the use of my arms?
Doctor :   may i know your age please ?
User :   21
Doctor :   i will suggest that you should give it a minimum of 2 weels of rest
Doctor :   weeks **
Doctor :   that is a must as we dont want to make it worst
Doctor :   so rest is must for such tendon problems
User :   thx
Doctor :   Your welcome
