Doctor :   hello
User :   hello?
User :   hi
Doctor :
how can i help u?
User :   one sec im going to copy paste my problem
Doctor :
ok
User :   did that go through?
User :   ok well heres the problem
User :   I'm a 20 year old male who was healthy, physically fit, and until now pain free. Two problems.

Problem number one: I was doing seated preacher curls the other day at my daily workout and during a very strainful lift I noticed a sharp pain in my Perineum (I believe this is the clinical term for the area between the scrotum and anus). It only truly hurt badly for the first 24 hours, it now day four and it seems to just be mild pain, mainly while sitting or for standing an extended period of time. I am yet to continue my lifting hoping it would likely heal itself. Going to the restroom (both ways) causes me no pain, nor does sexual intercourse. My first thought was hernia, but the main is fairly mild, although I have not attempted any physically challenging activity and am honestly afraid I may worsen it by doing so.
User :   Problem number two: This may be a bit graphic but I know no other way to describe this; Two days ago I was making out with a woman at my home. We were "dry humping" with our clothes on for an extended period of time but that was all we did, it went no further. So after being denied sex I got up and went to the restroom in the morning after repeating the process again in the morning, and noticed a tenderness in both of my testicles. I assumed this was a simple case of Pelvic congestion or "blue balls", so I masturbated to alleviate the pain. Moments after ejaculation a very sharp pain at two pressure points above my penis began. I have never had pelvic congestion before but this pain was a bit more than mild which normally the pain is listed as very mild. I would not be concerned with this problem if not for the fact that today, over 24 hours later, on side of my pelvis is very tender to touch and am unsure if these injuries are related.
User :   I do not have health insurance and would like to avoid seeing a physician, although I know no one may technically diagnose me with anything but any suggestions for me to research on would help. I have checked both my pelvis and testicles for lumps or hard tissue and have come back with nothing.
User :   no swelling in perineum either
Doctor :
give me some time to read
User :   ok
Doctor :
whats ur age?
User :   20
Doctor :
did u experience similar problem before?
User :   never
Doctor :
it started only after straining?

Doctor :
is there any lump in the testis?
Doctor :   hello
User :   none
User :   sorry had to make a payment
Doctor :
no other complaints except pain
Doctor :
its ok
Doctor :
?
User :   yea but the pain is not in my testis
User :   its in the pubic area above my penis
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :
no swelling in the pubic area?
User :   nope
User :   just VERY tender
User :   on the left side only
Doctor :
except for the tenderness no other problem?
User :   yea that and then the issue with my perineum, which preceded this one
Doctor :
ok
Doctor :
hernia means abdominal content will enter into perinium due to week abdominal wall which will be seen as swelling the pubic region
Doctor :   this swelling increase in size while straining like coughing,sneezing...
User :   no swelling
User :   and the tenderness only began after masturbation
Doctor :
as u are not complaining of any swelling we can exclude hernia by 80 percent
User :   ok thats good
User :   you think they are related
Doctor :
may be not in ur case
Doctor :
but are u sure that there is no swelling?
User :   positive, I have checked both the areas VERY thoroughly
Doctor :
ok
Doctor :
thats great
Doctor :
then did u have fever in the recent past?
User :   I don't think so, I havent been sick in years
User :   I'm kinof a health freak
User :   kind*
Doctor :
u just observe once again for swelling in the pubis after coughing
User :   just checked again. nothing flat as a table
Doctor :
do u have any pain while passing urine?
User :   no
Doctor :
good
Doctor :
then mostly it is not a major problem
Doctor :
some strain during regular work out
User :   ok but what about the pelvis congestion
User :   it should only last 1-4 hours
User :   none of the symptoms continue for more than a day i read
Doctor :   perinium is composed of muscles
Doctor :
a strain in the muscle may take long time to heal
Doctor :
it will gradually reduce
Doctor :
do u have any problem during defecation?
User :   that means sex right?
User :   oh nvm
User :   no pain from that either
Doctor :   its not sex
User :   yea its eliminating waste
Doctor :   yes
User :   no pain there
Doctor :
any abdominal pain?
User :   no
Doctor :
ok
Doctor :   u dont have any major medical illness AAAAAAA
User :   but what about the tenderness in my pelvis above my penis
User :   and it was no normal blue balls, the pain was bad
Doctor :   tenderness in the pubis?
User :   oh yea
Doctor :
do u have pain even now?
User :   yea its subsided quite a bit but its still very tender
Doctor :
or else only when u masturbate?
User :   to any pressure
User :   no i can masturbate fine
User :   no pain
Doctor :   u are experiencing only mild pain?

User :   correct
Doctor :
ok
Doctor :
if it is any infection u wld have got fever
Doctor :
so infection ruled out
Doctor :
and its hernia also
User :   ok well thats good
Doctor :
pubic region mainly consists of urinary bladder
Doctor :
and spermatic cord
Doctor :
it doesnt have any major organ other than that
User :   perhaps its tender from the actual act of dry humping?
User :   sorry i dont know a proper term for that
Doctor :   can u get tested for urine routine?
User :   unfortunately not
User :   my main
User :   question is, is what to do about my workouts
User :   light weight perhaps?
Doctor :
ok
Doctor :
u have mentioned in history that u hvae tenderness in the testis right?
User :   well no, only immediately after standing up and walking away from the unfufilled sexual situation
User :   then after ejaculation it seemed to shift to my pubis
Doctor :
now u dont have pain?
User :   not in testis correct
Doctor :
ok
Doctor :
from how many days u are experiencing this?
User :   38 hours in ten minutes
Doctor :
its better u avoid straining for atleast 2 to 3 days
User :   well the perineum happened 5 days ago
Doctor :   if it is because of strain then naturally it willl not subside if u dont give proper rest
Doctor :
still
User :   damn...
User :   ok
Doctor :   according to ur history
Doctor :
u are obsolutely fine except for the strain
User :   good good, anything i can do to speed up the healing process other than rest...ice or heat or any foods or supplements
Doctor :
nothing
Doctor :
if u have too much pain then u take tablet tylenol
Doctor :
it is an over the counter drug
User :   right
Doctor :
u can try mild stretch exerscises
Doctor :
mild heat application will give temporary relief rather than cure
User :   alrighty
User :   well
User :   thanks for all your help doc
User :   i was scared lol
Doctor :
welcome
Doctor :   hope u will recover soon
