User :   ya, i have queries regarding erectyle disfunction

User :   my body weight is 90

User :   it doesnot last long, for that i am using climax or other stimulator =

User :   no, our company allowed us to go through a complete body check up, my doctor suggested me thyroid test, it was negative, she suggested me a body weight around 70 kgs

After your excitement level slightly drops, resume intercourse. A variation would be to squeeze your penis at the base instead of just below

Doctor :   Ok thats good you do not have but do take precautions like proper diet, daily walk. Also i will suggest you to get your Lipid levels and Blood sugars tested regularly once a year.

User :   recently i checked and i found it all ok, only obesity is the problem and the discussion i am having now, thses two are the basic problem
User :   can you suggest me some diet which will help me to reduce the weight
Doctor :   You can also try practicing Kegel Exercises, in this you need to contract your pubic muscles as you would do if you try stopping urinating.
Doctor :   Do this at least 5 times a day
Doctor :   It will strengthen your pubic muscles.

User :   non veg

User :   is it like i am pulling the urine inside?

Doctor :   1)In the breakfast take skimmed milk with oats or muselli or any cereal. Have this at least 5 times a week.
Doctor :   2)Then at 10.30 you need to have a mid morning snack which should be either fruit or fruit salad.
Doctor :   3)In the lunch have chappati(not more than 3) and curry
User :   what is skimmed milk?
Doctor :   4)In the evening have tea or coffee of skimmed milk ( Fat free or toned milk) along with biscuits like XXXXXXXX or Monaaco
Doctor :   Also can go for fruit yoghurt or fruit juice or bhutta or coconut water.
User :   with 0% fat , can I use normal packet milk available in the market?
Doctor :   It can be used.
User :   if chappati is not available then?
Doctor :   5)In the dinner have either small cup of rice with curry or dal or chappati and curry.
Doctor :   If not chappati then what is available?
User :   because we have dubba system in the office and the dubbawala decides what i will eat :-)
User :   rice is available
Doctor :   It will be better if you have chappati but if not available then go for small cup of rice with more of veggies and dal.
Doctor :   Along with that have buttermilk or curd or raita
User :   i am giving you my almost daily diet , pls try to correct it
Doctor :   Take non veg only once a week and that also not more than 2 pieces.
Doctor :   Concentrate more on curry part.
User :   morning tea with milk (red tea is also possible with 2/3 AAAAAAA biscuits), then maggie or 2pcs chappati with curry alternately
Doctor :   Do not have Maggi can have chappati
Doctor :   Have tea of skimmed milk.
User :   by 10.30 one cup red tea and then 1.30 lunch with rice 1/2 bowl , dal any sabji and either 2 pcs chicken or egg or some times nutrinuggets
Doctor :   I have already explained you the mid morning snack and lunch. Do not take non veg more than once a week.
Doctor :   Have more of veggies and fruits in diet.
User :   in the night i take chappati 3 pcs with some curry /egg curry etc
Doctor :   Reduce your tea intake to not more than two in a day.
User :   ok , thanks for the advice , i believe its all happening due to "sedentary" ?life style

Doctor :   Eggs also contains lot of protein and it has lots of calories. So do not take egg more than 3 times a week and prefer having the white part instead of yllow
