User:hello sir. this is XXXXXXX here from bangalore
Doctor:Hello Ms XXXXXXX
Doctor:How can I help you?
User:i am having breathing issue fom past one year
Doctor:Okay, what type of breathing problem?
User:doctors said its an asthma
User:now am using Esiflo transcaps on regular basis
User:some people are saying its not good to take a medicine on daily basis.
User:even my parents are saying me to stop using those medicines.
User:but i cannot stop.
User:if i dint take the medicine i feel so tired, and i will get heavy cough
Doctor:In this condition, how can I help you?
Doctor:what information do you need from me?
User:so i just want to know how can i stop taking medicine
User:instead of taking medicine is there any other way to stop this?
Doctor:Ms XXXXXXX first... If the medicine is required to lead a normal life then you should continue to take it
Doctor:If you have Asthma, then I am sorry to say, we do not have a complete cure as of now
User:i do not have any problem to continue. but in futur will i get health issues due to this?
Doctor:may be in the future it is possible with gene therapy but right now the only available ways of treatment are medicines
User:oh ok sir. Thank you
Doctor:The Asthma medicines generally don't have such effects in future
User:okay doctor. thank you for concerns
Doctor:The person whoever told you that these medicines will have future effects does not understand how difficult your life is without taking these medicines
Doctor:When doctors prescribe any medicine they think about all the possible problems and only then they decide which medicine is suitable for you
Doctor:And Doctors do know everything about these medicines
Doctor:So you should trust your doctor than some lay people who do not know anything about medicines, and these lay people think Allopathic medicine is bad
Doctor:without knowing any single thing about these medicines
Doctor:All medicines will have their side effects, but we will have to weigh the risks and benefits of each for every patient
Doctor:For example, We drink water every day, but if you drink too much water, then water itself will become a toxin to our body
Doctor:So for this if you stop drinking water.... then what will happen?
Doctor:So don't pay attention to people who don't know how you are suffering, just follow the medicines as advised by your doctor
Doctor:Is there anything else you want to ask me?
Doctor:Hello Ms XXXXXXX
Doctor:are you there?
User:sorry sir. i just went to XXXXXXX my team lead.
Doctor:Okay, Please read all the things I have written
Doctor:and after that if you have any doubt you can ask me
User:suer sir. thank you so much
User:what type of food you will advise for me?
Doctor:You should eat all foods except those that you are allergic to
Doctor:So for that you should write down what foods cause increase in your breathing problem
User:can i drink fresh juices?
Doctor:Yes, you should drink fresh juices
Doctor:it is good for health?
User:if i have sweets and cold items i feel like allergic
