Doctor :   hello
User :   Hi.
Doctor :   how may i help you ?
User :   I am a 32 year old female. I noticed 2 crusty raised spots on the back of my scalp 5 days ago. I also have 3 swollen lymph nodes on the same side (left side).
Doctor :   are they painful ?
User :   They are not itchy. The hair has now become tender around them.
User :   I don't have a fever or any other symptoms
Doctor :   i see and have you applied anything on it ?
User :   Yes, we though maybe it is ringworm, but not sure. So we found you can apply crushed garlic and veg. oil.
Doctor :   well it sure sounds like a skin infection and yes a visit to a dermatologist is must in this case
User :   This has helped some-redness is gone, but bumps still exist. They are getting smaller.
User :   How long does is take for ringworm to go away?
Doctor :   i would suggest to see a dermatologist so that the cause too can be found and it can be prevented in future
Doctor :   its takes about 1 week minimum
