User :   All doctors available. This is quite an interesting situation, as I am not at all familiar with the synthetic drug mephedrone, which is apparently legal. Looking for as much medical information on this as possible. However, the recent situation was a 30 yr old male with a suddenly swollen. right undescending (Constantly, used to be occasional) testicle. Swelling had increased over the course of 8 hours after use. Total use was a little over 600mg . Waiting on patient's diagnosis...Any thoughts/comments
