User :   my elder daughter of age 13yrs having problem in vision

User :   from last few days she is telling that some times she cant see anything and his head is moving with pain in head

User :   today same thing happends with vomitting while she is in her class room

All the symptoms that you have mentioned are very important symptoms indicatiing imminenet intracranial pressure build up.
User :   her eye vision problem from last three four month. and headaech form last two week.
Doctor :   And vomitings from today ?

Doctor :   All these symptoms indicate slowly developing intracranial pressure or some infection like Meningitis .
User :   now she use eye glasses after consulting with eye splst from previous month
