User :   HI! I'M AN ACTIVE SENIOR CITIZEN. I FELL ON THE ICE ABOUT 30 MINUTES AGO & HIT THE BACK OF MY HEAD PRETTY HARD AS I FELL ON MY BACK. I NOW HAVE A BUMP ON MY HEAD, THE BACK OF MY HEAD HURTS, & HAVE A BIT OF A HEADACHE, SO DO I HAVE TO GO TO THE ER?
