User :   i was suffering from depression

User :   with psychotic symptoms

User :   its been 3.5 years now

User :   and because of this i have to leave my degree
User :   no i am not on any medication

User :   no ..since last 1 year no

User :   now some of the symptoms are coming back ..
Doctor :   I suggest that you revisit your psychiatrist and continue with the treatment plan.
User :   but if i continue ..i am not able to work
Doctor :   As depression could come back without treament.
User :   meds makes me sleepy

User :   and i can't focus myself i am technical lead of a startup i need to focus on various things

User :   i was prescribed serta i think

User :   my psychatrist suggested to go for ECT when i was in college

User :   so i don't have to take meds for my hallucinations

User :   ya i do that ..i have come a long way ..since i was prescribed ECT
User :   but since last 1 year

User :   since last year ..i am fighting very much with my fiance

User :   when i sit and think about it peacefully ..i know thats not true

User :   but in anger ..i can't focus ..i yell at her ..i say mean things to her
