User :   I have some questions about lower left pain under ribs and stomach problems

User :   the left side under rib has like a gurgling sound depending on my position or when I take a deep breath it hurts

Doctor :   Not particularly, cancer may present with the symptoms you have along with weight loss and loss of appetite

User :   i have lost weight due to this

User :   250 im 21
Doctor :   no the weight loss is not significant , in cancers a person may loose more than 20%to 30 %of his weight in a month
