User :   Hi
Any help with my health issue would be more than welcome....

My primary symptoms are dizziness, which started out as light and lasting about 30 mins at a time. Then progressed from mild occurrences to feeling like I would pass out on one occassion. Now the dizziness is there for most of the day. At first possibly 4 - 6 hours a day to now all day. It is worse in a sitting or standing position. Laying down seems to help. It is not a motion sickness, no nausea, not vertigo. It is more like a feeling of being drunk or on a boat getting your sea legs.
I have also noticed muscle spasms and twitches in different areas of my body. Facial muscles twitching, my knees, my legs, arms, all over on both sides of the body.
My pinky and ring finger on my left hand feel tingly, and my left arm is kind of tingling too.
My lower back has now started to ache. It is stiff and achey resonating out from my spine to my hips.
The back of my neck has a constant dull ache that is uncomfortable. From the base of my hairline and moving down and out to the tops of my shoulders.
These symptoms are gradually getting worse over time....any ideas or suggestions would be very welcome. Thanks
I have an umbilical hernia the size of a nickel brought on by yoga.
