User :   So one of my testicles appears to be mildly swollen.
Doctor :   ok
User :   There's some dull pain as well.
Doctor :   Please provide these details -Age: Occupation: Location: Marital Status: Weight and Height.
User :   Sort of a kicked in the groin kind of pain.
User :   24, student, XXXXXXXX US, singe, 190, 6'
User :   I just noticed it yesterday afternoon.
Doctor :   since when are you having it and do you have any Fever or other Symptoms associated along with it ?
User :   I feel fine otherwise.
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   are you sexually active and Since when are you having the pain and the swelling
Doctor :   What are the events of origin of the Pain and the swelling
User :   No. I simply noticed the swelling yesterday in the mirror. The dull pain onset a little later.
User :   I'm studying for qualifiers so I haven't been doing much of anything strenuous physically.
Doctor :   ok
User :   And the swelling hasn't gotten larger from yesterday.
Doctor :   If there is no increase in the swelling and there is no increase in the local temperature then i would suggest that you ca ignore it
Doctor :   in the occurrence of either of the above you shall need to get to the Surgeon at the Earliest
