User :   lima bean sized lump appeared in my right neck 3 days ago

User :   I had a cold, so that makes sense
Doctor :   yes, cold causes throat inflammation as the reason of which the lymph nodes in the vicinity swell up as a part of immune process
User :   So it should go away and I don't need to be concerned, right?

Doctor :   to fasten the disappearance of it gargle with CHLORHEXIDINE solution twice a day
