User :   i have a problem in my ankle
User :   it has swollen up. both the ankle.
Doctor :   Can you pls descibe the problem?

User :   okay, i was joggging too hard probably in the treadmill
User :   it started 3 days back
Doctor :   The swelling is around both ankles?

User :   and i could feel the pain on the bone as well, if i press it
User :   yes, more on the right ankle
User :   i have been jogging with a inappropriate pair of shoes
Doctor :   how old are you and what work do you do?
User :   i am 29 and i am a car designer
Doctor :   do you have any swelling on your feet?

Doctor :   or any heel pain?
User :   mostly sketching and few hours on computer
User :   heel is fine
Doctor :   any swelling on your feet?

User :   only on the upper part of the ankle joint
User :   on the inner side more than the outer
User :   i started feeling that my feet has become flat over the years

User :   there is a normal swelling in the feet area also,
User :   nothing as such. some skin problem

User :   i had back problem when i was in college 14 years back. while playing

User :   i use crap bandage during night. in the morning it was less

Doctor :   Dou have any fever?
User :   i think, the tendons or something might got hurt during jogging or may be its the bullet bike kick
User :   no i dont have fever

Doctor :   Are you passing urine normally?
User :   urine is fine.

User :   but not proper bowel movement

User :   ya sort of, but very sticky

Doctor :   My advice to you is
Doctor :   stop jogging for 2-3 days
Doctor :   and observe your swelling

Doctor :   If it persists you need to consult a speciallist
Doctor :   Keep your foot up on a pillow
Doctor :   when you sleep at night
Doctor :   And drink atleast 2 ltrs of water a day and eat lots of salads for your constiapation
User :   okay, but do you think i should use pain relieve ointment
User :   like move or something
Doctor :   avoid vigorous massage on the area
User :   i drink 2 litres everyday
Doctor :   if you are ahving pain you can apply

User :   should i use sneakers or leather shoes

Doctor :   You did say that you have a doubt that your feet are flat

Doctor :   have you seen an orthopedician for that?

Doctor :   Wear shoes that do not have high heels

Doctor :   keep your foot up on apillow at night
