Doctor :   worry
User :   done
Doctor :   so i shall assume that the swelling is still of the same size , from the beginning ? Is this right ?
User :   what could b problem behind this lump
Doctor :   Did this swelling appear suddenly , or you observed it when it was very big ?
User :   as in i feel this tired in right hand
User :   no
User :   gradually
User :   sowly its visible
Doctor :   In such a case, it seems that the swelling could be a lipoma , which is compressing on the nerve roots , that supply to the hand and forearm and arms
Doctor :   do u have any weakness in the arms , as well
Doctor :   any tingling, pins and needle sensation in the arms and hands ?
User :   yes
User :   no
Doctor :   The way to go ahead, would be to get a CT or a MRI of the right upper chest
Doctor :   this will help to know the extent of the swelling
Doctor :   whether it is growing from inside the chest ? or whether is is a localised swelling
Doctor :   In case it is a localised swelling, a general surgeon , can do a excision of the lump, in total
Doctor :   once the lump is removed , your symptoms in the hand will be normal
User :   i feel the swelling
Doctor :   is the lump compressible ?
User :   its visible from outside
Doctor :   is it soft like a rubber ball ? OR hard like a marble ?
User :   no
Doctor :   can u feel any pulsations in the lump ?
Doctor :   Are u there ?
Doctor :   It seems that you have loged out of the system
Doctor :   please log in again , if u have any additional query
