User :   nope, only one. the liver problem that she had for 2 year

User :   but she cant eat at all when she is tired
User :   there was no diagnosis made
Doctor :   has her thyroid function tests been done?
User :   nope

User :   there were no test done, since she was in a remote place... we have to get it done now
Doctor :   Long standing liver problems do cause a lot of general weakness which can cause leg pain

Doctor :   was she in a mountain/ far from sea region?
User :   nope, not on a mountain

User :   500 km away from the sea

Doctor :   My suggestion to you is that you should get her thyroid function tests done as well when you take her for a check up
Doctor :   and take her to a good hospital/ A good diagnostic center
