User :   About 4 years ago i injured my left ankle in a snowmobiling race and went in to get it checked out. The doctor said it wasn't broken but wanted to take x-rays but we didn't have the money so we didn't get them taken. My left ankle took about a year and a half before i was able to walk and run without any pain at all. My left ankle now on has no pain but after the 4 years the left side of the left ankles joint is swollen but with no pain where as my right ankle is not as big as my left. Also when i sit on a chair with both knees spread out with no bend and my heels of my feet touching the ground and i try to bend my ankle to touch touch my toes to the ground only my right ankle can touch the ground my left ankle can only bend 3 inches form the ground not because of pain though. and my left hamstring is significantly smaller than the right one. If you could give me any information on what could be wrong that would be great.
