Doctor :   After going through the description provided by you, I feel the lump near the lower jaw could be a lymph node enlarged due to throat infection.
Doctor :   Because of this you had fever and was advised with betadine gargling.
User :   ok.
Doctor :   Lymph nodes are the primary barrier of the body against infections and protects us.
Doctor :   Once infected the lymph node enlarges and this is the sign of infection.
User : do i have to take medicines again?
Doctor :   The enlarged lymph node you have now would reduce gradually once the infection is completely cured.
User :   ok then
User :   so nothing to worry
Doctor :   There wouldn't be any requirement of antibiotics as you don't have any more symptoms of infection.
Doctor :   Yes, there is no need to worry.
