User :   it was not in butter milk
User :   our blender top broke and fell into the buttermilk when we blended yogurt with water

Doctor :   This happens on most occasions.
User :   so there is not risk for the Baby right?
Doctor :   Rarely such particles if there are large enough can get lodged in the intestines causing symptoms of obstruction.
Doctor :   It definitely doesn't hurt the baby,
Doctor :   however if lodging and obstruction occur, it can induce abdominal pain, vomiting, constipation in the mother.
Doctor :   If such symptoms occur, then she will need specific treatment.
Doctor :   Have you followed?
User :   yes
Doctor :   Do you have any other query?
User :   also she threw up immediately after drinking the buttermilk
Doctor :   Was it a voluntary act?
User :   no she wanted to do a gargling since she thought it might be in the throat
User :   so when she did that she threw everything up
Doctor :   That is fine.
Doctor :   The vomiting was due to the reflex act.
Doctor :   Watch out for symptoms of abdominal pain, recurrent spontaneous vomiting, loose stools or constipation.
