User :   Hi I have a sore that doesn't go away located at the bottom of my right leg, just above the ankle. When I press on it, a clear fluid shoots out about 2 feet.
After a few days, the sore builds up more fluid. I have had this for over 10 years. Any ideas on what it is

Doctor :   I cannot pinpoint the exact cause for the cyst.
Doctor :   However, based on the description, it can be a cystic lesion.
Doctor :   Probably similar to acne.
Doctor :   You will however need an examination to determine the actual cause for it.
Doctor :   The treatment may need surgical removal.
Doctor :   Hence I suggest you to see a surgeon who will be able to assist you in treating it.
