Volume CT of cervical spine was performed.
The left occipital condyle is hypoplastic with the facet oriented laterally.
The right occipital condyle appears normal.
The anterior and posterior arch of the atlas appears normal.
The atlanto-odentoid joint appears normal.
Rests of cervical vertebrae appear normal with no obvious abnormalities.
