Today in the morning , my daughter has touched a hot cooker which was lying on the floor.I found that place( inner side of her thumb) had become red .It has happened at 11 a.m morning we washed it with cold water still she cried. After 1 hour I put burnol.She was now not crying but after 2 hour I found that a part of her thumb has become a bit whitish and a a small part of her thumb got a water ball.
