User :   yes and one more thing pimples are there back side of my head..

Doctor :   the black pigmentation can be removed by dermabrasion or chemical peeling
Doctor :   But for that you need to get yourself examined by a Dermatologist.
User :   what is dermabrasion?
Doctor :   That is a technique where the superficial layers of the skin are removed. These are done if the marks are superficial
Doctor :   If the marks are resistant to this Laser therapy may have to be followed.
Doctor :   There are no creams available to completely cure such pigmentation.
Doctor :   But aloevera gel has been known to help
Doctor :   in reducing the darkness
Doctor :   You should also use a good sunscreen whenever you go out
Doctor :   it should have at least 25-30 spf

Doctor :   If there are any blisters due to sun exposure

Doctor :   apply a moisturizing cream like aloe vera
Doctor :   apply cold compresses and dont break the blisters
Doctor :   Drink plenty of fluids especially when yopu go out in the sun.
