User :   Hi, Doctor
User :   how are you ?
User :   I've some problem about my nose septum and I'm going to have surgery again, so I really need to feel strong before doing it, and I need to increase my s elf-esteem too
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   Proceed
Doctor :   Is it a septal repair?
Doctor :   Or septoplasty
User :   yes, I've slight deviation, left-convex
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   When is your surgery
User :   I had already surgery about twelve years ago
User :   I think I'm going to have about in March
Doctor :   Was the results not satisfactory
User :   yes, it was very good, but about six years ago I banged frontally towards roll-up shutter
Doctor :   Ok
User :   I was in a very difficult, very very complex period of my life because of my husband
User :   the surgeon already did a pressure with finger tips on right side of the nose
Doctor :   Did you injure your self?
User :   but there's still thsi slight deviation
Doctor :   Some cases they get resolved with external pressure
User :   no, I banged accidentally, since my little cat wanted to go on balcony by night
Doctor :   Some will require intervention
User :   REALLY??
User :   you mean just with EXTERNAL PRESSURE
Doctor :   Depending on the curvature produced
User :   if I send you some pictures of the nose, you can tell me if this is my situation
User :   I mean maybe just need external pressure
Doctor :   And i will also require to examine the same physically to give you a better opnion
User :   he already did, but maybe not enough
Doctor :   But you can rather send the pic will try to help
User :   you mean you'd need to see directly my nose live
User :   I send
Doctor :   No i meant a physical exmination is required
User :   oh, yes, to see and touch the nose really
Doctor :   Yes
User :   yes, I'd love doing it too
User :   send you pictures anyway
Doctor :   Just a moment let me check
User :   I've still to send, few seconds
User :   send you now first one, right profile
Doctor :   ok
User :   few seconds
Doctor :   I have not yet received
User :   I'm s ending, it's quite big so it require some instants more
Doctor :   Ok
User :   sent
User :   it's right profile
Doctor :   Let me check
User :   ok
Doctor :   Still not received
User :   no?
Doctor :   You can proceed with your query
User :   I've message of sending right too
User :   maybe it need some min. more
Doctor :   yes i guess so
User :   Doctor, so you say that in some situataion it's just required external pressure
Doctor :   Yes
User :   my nose seems like more concave on the right side
Doctor :   Is it movable easily
User :   REALLY?
User :   how?
Doctor :   Is it movable easily , I meant are you able to move it
User :   yes, I can move the point of the nose
User :   don't know exact word...
Doctor :   Ok, In the middle is any sidewards movement possible
User :   in the middle, if I touch where's the bone ?
Doctor :   The middle of the shaft not the nostrils
User :   I feel the skin moves if I touch it
User :   yes, the shaft, I feel it's hard
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   The probably will require an intervention
User :   oh...
Doctor :   In some cases ther will be partial displcement which is often orrected by external pressure
User :   oh...
User :   but if there's slight left-side convex deviation, what the surgeon will have to do, Doctor?
Doctor :   Them he will prefer septoplasty
User :   oh...
Doctor :   The repair where the septum is placed in centre
User :   yes,
User :   in fact it seems the nose is dislocated, slightly towards left side
Doctor :   From your history i guess too
User :   could you see e-mail?
Doctor :   Generally trauma will result in dislocations
User :   oh...
Doctor :   Sorry not yet received
User :   you mean when I banged frontally the septum got dislocated
User :   oh...
Doctor :   Yes
User :   send you again, don't know why so much time required
Doctor :   Just received
User :   thanks so much
User :   did you receive it?
Doctor :   Not yet
User :   sent the 3/4 right too
User :   oh...
Doctor :   i still didnt recieve
User :   in the second one is visible the little nevum I'd like to take off
User :   how is it ?
Doctor :   its not very severe
User :   really?
Doctor :   yes,
User :   you mean about deviation?
Doctor :   a simple septoplasty will be sufficient
User :   oh, thanks Lord
Doctor :   yes, its easilty correctable
User :   oh, thanks so much, Doctor, you can't imagine how much I'm suffering
Doctor :   easily*
Doctor :   do not worry , its more of cartilagenous involvement i see its correctable
User :   really?
User :   oh, so good, Doctor
Doctor :   yes,
User :   but do you think just with finger pressure would it be possible correcting too?
User :   with right finger pressure
Doctor :   not in your case
User :   oh...
User :   I see...
Doctor :   its at the junction of bone and cartilage
Doctor :   hence finger pressure and other would not be good
User :   yes, right in that point, Doctor, you're really great,
Doctor :   thanks for consulting me
User :   but then the pressure the surgeon did was it useful somehow?
Doctor :   it can be just a trial
User : fact I saw the nose was better than before banging, but not as previously
Doctor :   get it corrected , you will regain the shape
User :   please, Doctor, say a prayer for me, I've already passed by all this another time
User :   yes, I'll do it absolutely
Doctor :   sure
User :   give me the strenght to make it all again, but since it s the only thing I want to do now, I know I'll do it , I'm praying to find strenght in myself
Doctor :   i too will pray for you
Doctor :   proceed positively
Doctor :   bye for now
Doctor :   take care
Doctor :   Thank you and wish you the same
Doctor :   Bye take care
