5feet 6inches is height
82 is my weight..
what is your age?
There are two things that need to be done
first is dietary modification and the second is exercise
what modifications that i can do..?
As far as the exercise is concerned, we should be looking at atleast 50 minutes of brisk walking (@6.5-7 km/hr) 5 days a week
In your diet
I would suggest that you cut out fried food
Restrict sugar, oil and junk food
Never miss your breakfast and have a light and early dinner
Like when you wake up
have 1 fruit ( like orange, musambi, cherries)
Then within 1 hour
have poha/2-3 idlis+sambar/2 rotis+vegetable/upma
At around 11 you can have 1 cup tea/coffee with 2 XXXXXXX biscuits
then at 1 2 rotis +dal+vegetable+curd
at 3-4 pm a vegetable sandwich with no mayonnaise or butter OR 1 idli OR poha
Then at around 8 take your dinner
similar to lunch
You can have sweets once a week
what is ideal weight for my height ?
around 62-63 kg maximum
Would you be able to follow this diet plan?
is this weight for male or female ? (62 to 63)
For females , it would be around 56-58
will try to follow, I stopped exercises after my school going kids timings changed from last month
You can go for a walk
what is ideal duration for exercise ?
50 minutes 5 times a week
